Faizan Ahmed is a Film & TV and Media Science graduate and multidisciplinary artist who works across the full spectrum of filmmaking — direction, production, writing, production design, and visual storytelling. His practice focuses on developing stories from the earliest idea through to their final visual form, combining creative and technical dimensions of cinema.
He served as Producer of Janjaal (2024/25), the short film that went on to earn 14 international awards and 22 festival selections across 9 countries. The production also gave him the opportunity to collaborate with respected industry professionals including Shamoon Abbasi and Ghayas Uddin Siddiqui. In parallel, he wrote, directed, and produced the short film Payam-e-Dil, deepening his experience as an independent filmmaker and storyteller.
Beyond narrative filmmaking, Faizan works actively in production design, storyboard art, concept development, sketching, and digital illustration. He has served as Associate Producer on music video projects including collaborations with Asim Azhar. His illustration work has appeared in publications connected to Paramount Books and Oxford University Press.
